1) Use for "move-off and pass traffic" operations
2) No voice communications permitted except for very brief message coordination (not an FCC rule)
3) Avoid interference with packet users
4) Unassigned frequencies available as alternates
5) Stay off nation-wide packet frequencies
6) Protect local use packet frequencies
7) These assignments are not any sort of official coordination that give ARES users priority of any kind. We must work out any interference problems with other users as usual. Let us know of issues.
