Thought,

  One way we can have a meeting is using Zoom, many clubs and families 
use it for face to face meetings, if people have a computer,tablet or 
smart phone they can install the zoom app, no need to sign up for the 
account when a meeting is about to take place click on a email link sent 
from the administrator and you will be in the meeting.

Any thoughts
