Who are we?
We are a group of volunteer licensed amateur radio operators, from Sullivan County, New Hampshire. When a disaster strikes, we volunteer to assist in public service and emergency communications.
What is ARES?

ARES Training Net
Sullivan County ARES training nets are held on Wednesday at 7:00pm on the
KU1R 147.285 repeater with a + 600kHz shift and a PL of 103.5Hz.
This repeater is located on Green Mtn and is linked to the
W1VN 145.250 repeater with a -600kHz shift and PL of 88.5 located in New London.
This weekly training net is open to any and all amateur radio operators.
You do not have to be an ARES member to participate.
Our secondary repeater also located on Green Mtn is KU1R 443.950 with a +5MHz shift
and a PL of 103.5Hz.
As a backup and another means for us to communicate is our simplex frequency.
For this we will use 147.555.
